Step-by-step:

Remove cuticles with a stick or cuticle pusher.
Polish your nails with a buffering nail file.
Clean your nails with a soaked in Cleaner, lint-free cotton pad.
Apply Primer (optional) and wait till it evaporates.
Pour some Acrylic Liquid into a special liquid glass.
Take a brush for acrylic and soak the tip of it in the liquid.
Dip the brush into acrylic powder forming a small ball and then apply it on your nail.
Now you can easily shape your nail with the brush.
After the powder dries off you can file your nail and apply other products.
